Overseas Nurses Training Organisation (ONTO) was established in September, 2003, a fast growing organization specializing in recruitment, training and development of national (U.K.) and international healthcare workforce.

Since its formation and the enrolment of our first students in December, 2004 ONTO has proven that there is a real, ever growing but largely unfulfilled demand for the provision of specialist training courses to national and international healthcare professionals.

ONTO is registered with the Department of Education and Skills as an independent training provider in the U.K. and accredited by the University of Northampton to deliver the Overseas Nurses Programme (ONP). We are also accredited with OCR to deliver the National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) Programme.

With our increasing reputation for quality and effectiveness, ONTO is committed to deliver high levels of service to our clients and an ethical approach to developing national and international healthcare professionals. We work with national and international healthcare professionals and organizations to develop effective partnerships and tailored training and development programmes. We take recruitment and staff retention concerns seriously, working to ensure students are fully prepared before embarking on their training programme.

The majority of ONTO graduates to date have been successful in securing employment as Registered Nurses or as Senior Care Assistants here in the UK. This in turn ensures that there is a continuing and growing demand for places on our study courses both from national and international healthcare professionals.
